No. The datfile tells you what belongs to which set. A table datfile usually includes only table related files, not roms.

Take a look at the datfile (e.g. in a texteditor) and look how sets are specified. I guess one set per table...if you don't see anything remarkable, you can use the rebuilder and simply drag'n drop anything you got...
