misc: first compile with VS2005, let me know if you got any problems (esp. on older OSes, 64bit processors etc...etc...)

misc: some more free memory after building checksum tables

fixed: biosset assignment routine didn't handle sets correctly which include biosroms but don't use the biosset (kof2003/MAME .103u2)



Little note if run this version again on .103u2 and you use sysdefault paths:
With an older version cmpro put kof2003 in the assigned sysdefpath for neogeo files, since kof2003 was handled as a neogeo set.
Now when scanning the set, cmpro will complain about 2 things: missing roms in kof2003 (some neogeo biosfiles which aren't handled as biosfiles) and -if enabled- kof2003 is in a wrong sysdefpath. Fix-missing in the meanwhile possibly (if enabled) added the 3 missing files to the now new sysdefpath of 'standard'. You have to manually put them together or use the rebuilder.
