when the crc and sha1 check fail, the entries in the fix-dat are duplicated:

the fixddatroutine collects all kind of errors and puts out the roms with an error....and in this case twice since it is listed twice...hmmm...maybe I change that behaviour....time will tell.

What you can do is, simply toggle the sha1 check and the tree will be built without the sha message and you get one entry again 8)
