Suggestion for NGCMP (Next Generation ClrMamePro)!!

Add some functions to manage datfiles:

1- create dat from a directory (already in CMP)
2- take a second dat and remove it from the first one
2- take a second dat and merge it with the first one
3- take a second dat and report what's identical, what's added and what's removed compared to the first one.
