Of course.

I kept all datfiles in http://www.clrmame.com/datfiles/gooddats/ ...they are still there, although you can't see them...you can guess the names though (good2600.zip, ... goodmsx1.zip ....goodvboy.zip). I didn't update them over a year now since I think you should use the goodtools.

With the upcoming header support in cmpro, I might take another look at them.

This would be great Roman. GoodTools don't delete all unnecesary files like CMP can, so this will seriously help with housekeeping!

Well...there were 2 things which stopped me from doing them in the past. The most important one was that Cowering stopped using a not public function to export the database. Before that I was able to get all the names and checksums directly from his exe files. ...Guess I have to ask him again to reenable them. Secondly, headers. Well...there were only a few systems (NES, Atari 7800,...) which needed the headers, the others had to be cleansed and worked well.
Upcoming xml driven header detection should get around that issue automatically. Not as good as Cowering's detection maybe (since he got thousand of codelines to detect bad/overdumps) but definetly a good start.

Well...people should use the goodtools anyway. I had accurate dats back in the old days since I used a private database output of Cowering's tools which now have been removed with the 3.x versions of his tools. I don't really care about making new ones myself (due to lack of time) and I guess people will do new dats anyway as soon as I release the header support...(which may happen next sunday night or so).

That was more of a heads up for those 2 dats being old rather than a request for you to make new ones. I'm not much of a CLI guy & GoodWindows crashes on large directories so I'll just grab the latest roms & wait for some CMP dats to show up some day because I love your program too much. Thank you very much for creating it & perfecting it beyond belief, can't live without it...
