These are MAME issues which clrmamepro lists. Couple and Spacedx (or something) got equally named roms for different files (different CRC32 values) within a parent/clone relationship. So if you fully merge the files (put them all in one zip), you'll overwrite at least one valid file.
The warning about space odysee means a missing sampleof entry ('clones for samples') for that set.

clrmamepro got some workarounds for these MAME errors, e.g. by handling the sets without parent/clone relationships, so you won't run into trouble.

Simply say "yes to all" or "ok to all" and ignore the warnings. These are things which have to be fixed in the MAME sourcecode.
