Hello! I wanna scan and see if my roms are all ok! But I wanna do it version by version! For example, I wanna only check mame 0.78 version. So here's a problem. When I try to use clrmame pro, how can I view if a game use any chd file? After see if all my rom's are ok, I wanna save it to dvd in different directories (one directory, one mame version), but I wanna put chd files inside, if needed? Any help, please?
Thanks in advance

Well....generally clrmamepro lists issues in its scanner. So as long as you don't have any issues with chd files, they won't appear. Of course you can see the chd files listed in the 'sets' window...as you can see the full database in there.

Of course you have to enable 'diskimages' in the scanner...but you know that since you have read the documentation, haven't you ;)

Well...where's the problem? Keep one datfile (in this case Logiqx's diff-datfiles would be the best solution) for each version, setup profiles in the profiler for each of these dats. That's basically it. Be sure you got Sets, Roms and Diskimages enabled in the scanner.

tkanks Roman

But now I'll only have a problem. I've downloaded (for example) the 0.78 dat file from logiqx's and I scan for the sets. Ok, everything right here. The program scan the roms, but not the chd's. Now I made another profile for scanning for the chd's and he show me a lot of chd's missing. But these chd's file doesn't belong to the set's. For example: the program say's that the beatmania 4th mix is missing, but in the set's there's no beatmania 4th mix rom set.

And another problem: If exist's (for example) the set beatmania 2nd Mix (belongs to the update file 0.78) why clrmamepro doesn´t tell me that the chd file (bm2ndmix.chd) is missing)? What I'm doing wrong?

thanks

Thanks
