added: xml description file setformat.xml which lets you specify set list exports in scanner's popupmenu. Default file includes definitions for standard set list, CSV and some newsreader applications.

little update:

little error in the setformat.xml. The newsbin entry doesn't need a pre and post string. I've uploaded fixed packages but you can also simply replace your setformat.xml file with this new one. Another note about this file, if you change it, be sure to keep a backup before you install an update since it will replace the file. Maybe I change that behaviour in the future.
