fixed: placement of diskimage checks was wrong for full merged sets
fixed: total biosrom count and missing diskimage count is wrong
misc: garbage collection lists 'to be removed' files

With this release and MAME 110u1, I get the konami80j chd as invalid. However with my previous version of Clrmame, I did not recieve this error. Is 3.95a correctly identifying the chd as wrong or is this a bug in this version? Sorry if this has already been discussed....

The old 8MB version of that chd was replaced in 109u5. The clone uses the same chd as the parent now but with a different name.
Depending on your cmpro settings (profiler options, 'parse merge tags') you need to double the chd or not.
