Thanks for the prompt reply. Now that I know the Dir2DAT is tied to a profile, I can just create a dummy dat/profile for my header detector and load it as needed.

As for the dupes, I've decided to just throw together some code to do the duplicate checking. Hopefully I've got enough RAM to handle some giant hash tables ;)
