added: all/none/invert buttons in systems picker

removed: mame.dk from urls.ini

misc: merger uses sysdefpaths (if available) instead of the 1st rompath
if a set is newly created

misc: datfile parser->warning about possible wrong biosromnames will
only be checked when "show all" is used.

systems will only be checked when "show all" is used.

There is one known issue if merging between different systems is
allowed: If you rebuild or fix missing roms with "use sysdefpaths"
enabled (and the paths differ for the different systems), you
end with two sets, split in two different sysdefpaths. Not really
a romproblem though.
