Very often if I exit Clrmame and then try to restart it, I get this message. The only way to resolve it that I have found is to reboot the computer. Where does clrmame check if it is already running?

You can always use cmpro.ini's setting
Adv_AllowRestart = on

The application looks for window titles called ">clrmamepro<" and ">Profiler<" at startup to detect if it's already running.
