If you rebuild in Split mode and there are bios roms in the source directory these get rebuilt into each and every set that requires the bios and then when you run the scan they get removed again as not-seperated bios sets. Surely they shouldn't be getting rebuilt incorrectly in the first place?

Also setting Force Zipping to a specific mode no longer greys out the compress/recompress options in the rebuilder, I can only assume this is something to do with adding support for other archiving systems in recent versions.

This depends on the rebuilder advanced setting "separate biossets". It should be enabled.

Force zipping? You mean when force zipmode is listed in the datfile header? I will check that.
