It doesn't mess anything. It simply means that a33aaa02.chd is missing but it's identical to the one in ddr4ms, so you can simply copy it and so it's fixable.

You should not use this option with MAME because it's a storing method which mame doesn't support anymore. That's why MAME32 doesn't load the games. No error appears because auditing it this way works of course because now you got the chd since it's not connected to any setfolder anymore.

So...everythings fine.
