Yeah, I know I didn't care so much before...but the large amount now became significant. :)

I looked at that preliminary flag, and found way more ROMS than the Win32 GUI shows as "non-working". If that flag's all there is, maybe I'll try to hack something together to at least help me move the files around based on it...
