Just a quick query, am I right in thinking the for CHD's CMPro won't pick up on additional CHD's in that folder if they are not needed? or am I doing something wrong?

For example for one CHD, I had the correct CHD in the folder and then put in a CHD from a totally different game and it wasn't picked up as not needed like .zip files are for roms.

There is a reason for this by the way, as I think some of my CHD folders may have extra CHD in them that are not needed!!!

If you've used a fastscan instead of a scan, then of course cmpro won't moan because the set was fine before and fastscan only rescans 'problem' sets.
A fresh scan should either way moan about the moved (or did you copy the file?) chd. It should be listed as wrong-placed (if chd + unneeded + name checks are enabled).

Give me a step by step description of what you did.
