Sure. Simply edit engine.cfg and add something like:

engine (
name MAME_2
cachefile _mamedat2
command -listinfo
)



...and use the 'MAME_2' type in the profiler then for one of the profiles. If you create a new one, switch it at the lower part of the profiler, if you already have one, change the exetype at the right side and click on "load/update" without reclicking in the datfile tree.
