Ah...you don't add them with the rebuilder... (then it works fine)...I will recheck the unneeded routines for not-merged sets. Thanks.

I guess I found the reason for it. It's the way not-merged sets are currently handled. A clone will be made 'not-merged' if it contains its cloneroms and the parentroms. Now not all parentroms are used...that's the problem ;)

Changing this behaviour will take some time...

it's a rather easy fix...Scanner now detects these roms and marks them as unneeded....gonna check the rebuilder and merger now...expect a release within the next day(s).
