Clrmame seems to be decoupling the clones for rtype and creating individual zips if you normally use merged sets in this release for some reason.

Well...blame MAME devs...from the -listxml import log:

Cloneset: 'rtypej'
uses equal names for different ROMs
and so it can't be merged to its parentset: 'rtype'

Parent/clone relationship will be removed.
