Spent some time to minimize disk access....so you may have a faster scan now (the more rompaths you're using, the bigger the speed increase will be). Some benchmarks: full mame scan 1 min 7 sec (no disk buffer usage) and 0 min 6 sec (full disc buffer usage) ph33r ;).
