I updated Clrmame Pro and all of a sudden all the 'merged chds' are reported as missing although they are in the correct parent folder. I don't get any message telling me to move them or delete them but I still have a bunch of missing chds that I own nevertheless.

Do I have to move each and everyone of them in a new folder outside the parent one or is there some option I need to check to fix this behavior?
