I would like to sequentially launch multiple rebuilds, one after one, without waiting for the end of each rebuild to manually launch the next, as it requires a lot of time for some DATs.

So, is there any "command line" feature to launch clrmamepro tasks by dos/scripts or a batch jobs manager?

If not, is it planned in the future?

Batch run is already in. Simply select more than one profile in the profiler and hit load.
