It keeps reporting the same roms, complaining it cannot unzip them. I redownloaded them 3 times, so I know they are fine...I finally got frustrated, restored my roms directory from a backup, and went with split sets, which I always had.

These are the SAME zips it keeps complaining about every time I try to merge (original location)

Your own crc check settings deem them perfect in a split set scan.
