Well...I can't reproduce it here. Neither with your exact config or any other parent/clone full merged profile. Sounds somehow system related because you're the only one who reported such a thing (and a lot users got full merged sets).
Only chance I see is that you try to create a minimum set of roms (e.g. one small parent+clone) and try to reproduce the problem with that minimum set and pack everything (roms + cmpro installation) in one file and provide it somehow to me.
