Since version 3104 I get all clones listed as missing. My setting is still merged sets ticked. Till 3103 I did not get this issue. Does anybody have an idea to solve this issue?

You're getting the data directly from an official MAME binary? If no, check the used datfile (for MAME people shouldn't use a dat anyway).
If you're not scanning all sets but only a selected number, check your settings in scanner->scanresults->setinformation again.

The changes from 3.103 to 3.104 were rather small and not merge-related at all. Maybe you send me your cmpro.ini and the belonging .cmp file for your used profile (cmpro settings folder).

And of course check if you got all sets, rompaths enabled and check if the merge settings are really ok.

Iīve sent you the requested ini and cmp. Two screenshots show the settings and scanning results in 3103 and 3106.

Regarding the versions change mentioned before I re-checked and in fact the scanning problem occurs from version 3104b the first time (3103 was still ok as mentioned before).

I just have one rompath so I think there canīt be any issues with that. Completeness of sets is also no issue as the roms listed in 3106 are physically available in the corresponding parent sets on my harddrive.

Thanks for the files. I created your environment here and checked...no issues here..Hmm..very weird. I can image it got something to do with the speed increase procedures which were introduced in the mentioned versions.
I will have a look at it again but as long as I can't repeat...well...we'll see.

Did you try a clean install to a new folder? I see that your folder got a lot of old, not needed stuff listed....


By the way...how are the clones listed? Expand the tree please. Are they shown as "missing rom: ..." or anything else?

I made two installations to separate folders for 3.103 and 3.106 now. But unfortunately the result is the same as before.

The clones are listed as "missing but fixable"

Well...I can't reproduce it here. Neither with your exact config or any other parent/clone full merged profile. Sounds somehow system related because you're the only one who reported such a thing (and a lot users got full merged sets).
Only chance I see is that you try to create a minimum set of roms (e.g. one small parent+clone) and try to reproduce the problem with that minimum set and pack everything (roms + cmpro installation) in one file and provide it somehow to me.
