Preliminary Information : I have used the exe of mame32 to build the DAT-File necessary for the operation of clrmame.

1. When I use the scanner to scan my rom-dir I get only a long list with missing files and strangely some games like for example golden axe or afterburner are not in the list at all although mame supports these games and they are in the rom dir. Why are the roms I have not listed ? How can I verify if this list is complete ? The rom files are okay, at least mame32 accepts them without any problems.


2. I have not yet understand the differences between the options "No Merging" ,"Split Sets" and "Merge Sets" in the profiler. Can someone enlighten me ? What are the advantages of each option ?
