ClrMamePro only lists problems. Since a correct set depends on the scan and merge options, you can't say a set is 100% ok. Like scanning for correctly sized roms can produce other "correct" results then doing a name check.
It's usually this way: You have a complete correct set if you enabled all check options and get no errors listed.

Read the MAME Faq, the ClrMamePro documentation etc... Merge modes are described nearly anywhere ;) Quick'n dirty:
unmerged or not merged sets: each set has all the roms it needs. Even clones have the parent files included. ---> Big waste of diskspace
split or splitmerged sets: Parentsets contain all parentroms, clonesets only contain the cloneroms and not the parentroms again. Most commonly used method.
full merged or merged sets: you only have the parentsets where all clonesets are also included. This gives you a little bit more free diskspace than split sets.
Most people prefer split.
