Howdy. Just updated to the latest clrmame, and the scanner window still doesn't like the 0/0 position. Noticed the documentation says "Main Window". Perhaps you fixed the wrong window?

Just a side note, but are you aware that "fixing" wrong sized roms will crash clrmame if said rom is not within a compressed file? Re-discovered this while I was updating earlier in the week. I prefer to run fixes on extracted sets and then manually zip them up afterwards (perfectionist in me likes the files added to the zip in alphabetical order, heh) and a couple files needed to be resized, and each time, clrmame crashed. Don't know if it's exclusive to XP or not. Figured you might want to know.
