If you get it during a rebuilder operation, it's caused by the auto-memory rebuilder option. Turn it off. It takes the size of the biggest rom of the currently loaded datfile and tries to allocate it for no-recompress operations. It's limited to 1/2 of your physical memory though. Looks like your system doesn't have that much memory available at this point in time. So...turn off the auto-memory option in Rebuilder-Advanced.
