Sure. Enable only the ones you got: Settings->Sets->Avail. Sets or manually by enabling/disabling the checkboxes there.

No. ClrMamePro only shows the problemsets. The reason for this is because you can't say that a set is 100% ok. That depends on the scanoptions you've set. Like a 100% ok set for a split-merged romsize scan is something completely different to a full-merged romname scan.
