If you rename a zipfile manually and do a scan with set + name check enabled, cmpro will detect it and fix it (if the fix name option is enabled).

The fix missing options you've mentioned have nothing to do with that.

Either I don't understand your question or you're not familar with cmpro's scanner concept at all.
