Then you're doing something wrong or the scan results window definelty tells you something like 'not fixed'. If it shows this, there is a reason why the file cannot be fixed. For example it is in use, or the 'new name' exists already. Read more carefully the scan results tree and warnings window output.

..and of course do a SCAN, not a FASTSCAN if you manually altered the name after a previous scan operation.
