First of all, be sure you got all check options enabled and set + roms.

Send the file to: clrmame*at*clrmame*dot*com

I got another idea about what might be the cause of this: Assuming you rename "right.zip" (assuming this is the correct name) to "wrong.zip" BUT got another "right.zip" in a different rompath, the scanner will take the 2nd instance of "right.zip". Another possibility is that you renamed a set to a new setname which also is part of the currently datfile. In any case, the different cmpro settings are able to detect the issue (e.g. the scanner-advanced 'unneeded check looks for dupe sets" option).

Since it seems to be limited to one of your files, maybe the zip is somehow corrupt (however, the warnings window should have appeared showing a zip error). You might want to turn on Settings->Compressor->full zip structure scan to detect some more zip errors, but this will slow down the scan process.

Anyway...mail me that file.

*edit* well...and of course it could be caused by the fact that you didn't enable all sets....Scanner->SetInformation->Select All, or you don't show fully missing sets (enable 'Scanner->popupmenu->Show All missing sets'
