Thanks for the file. It's indeed a funny problem.

It's caused by a glitch in cmpro's FuzzyGameSearch routine which tries to find the correct set name based on the rom checksums inside the set. Now that tharrier set has some identical files (with the same checksum), which internally increase values for the scoring algorithm over a threshold...and the set is not detected as wrongly named anymore.

This should be handled with the next cmpro version.
