added: support for the new chd format
fixed: tooltip for "available sets" button is wrong
fixed: some rare exception in zipclass

of course old and new chdformat works...or did you expect anything else?

i meant my original question about current
CHD support was stupid...

i had a bad day today, so that was not the
first ignorant question/misunderstanding from
