When all rom of an archive is missing (no archive so), it does nothing, of course...
At least, a rom in an incomplete archive is needed.

I only checked the import button and saw an ini file is prompted.
I didn't try with a datfile, (i don't use and collect console rom)...
If i understand, broswe to your datfile in question is only needed ?
