It opens/explores the selected set (and only sets-with-issues are listed). If nothing is selected or the set in question isn't found (e.g. completely missing set), the 1st rompath is opened.

The import button has nothing to do with language/region/release datfile functionality. It only imports rom/sample paths from a mame.ini file. It has to be disabled for regions/lanuage selections...I will change this in the next version.
