This save operation asks you where to save the fixdat. It opens a file dialog. Only the automatic fixdat generation uses the fixdats folder.

You have to do a scan or fastscan before that and of course it only saves the common fixdat issues (missing, wrong checksum, wrong size) which of course have to appear in the scan tree first.
