This depends on so many factors....
1) your CPU and HD speed 2) if 'recompress' is used or not 3) what's the source of the data, not packed, rar, 7z etc.. 4) do Virusscanners interfear / USB HDs are slow...etc...etc.. 5) what additional options are used (e.g. additional md5/sha1 check)
Generally a zip to zip rebuild with no recompression is nearly as fast as a copy operation. So on a decent system it should be nearly as quick as copying 60GB or something....
so let's assume it takes 2 seconds per set and approx. 2500 sets....it takes 5000 seconds = 1 hour 23 minutes....
btw...what do you mean by "a nds set".. are you talking about one set or all NDS sets?
