(1)During scanning, if a Rom is "nodump" but it exists in my set, I'd like CMPro to consider it as "unneeded" and put it in my backup folder. That's because the file is usually a generated dummy file, or a wrongly dumped file.

(2)During scanning, if all Roms in a set are "nodump", and I don't have the set, do not show the set as missing, since I don't really miss anything.
