"/" and "\" in datfile rom/disk/sample tags should be handled correctly since clrmamepro supports set-subfolders.
You can't have "/" and "\" in setname though.

They will be replaced with "_".

Can you give me the dat in question and I will do some tests.

And also please tell me what you've used for rebuilding: 7z/rar or zip.
