misc: increased tooltip time for setinfo/rebuilderadvanced
misc: changed batchrun's rebuilder options to radio buttons and don't disable the settings

hi Roman,
it looks like there is a problem with the batchrun's rebuilder window.
The radio buttons are OK, but it does NOT accept flagging in the varius boxes (Use source folder, Use addpaths, Use destination folder, Use 1st rompath, Don't remove rebuilt source, Always remove rebuilt source, Don't show statistic)
The only one accepting flag is Skip complete folder after.

Using XP pro.
