SubjectThread Priority setting not saved Reply to this message

Compressor Options has an option to specify the thread priority for compression operations. I find that it is not saved between sessions with different datfiles, like all other compression options are. I tried to use 'Save As Def.' in the Settings dialog box, but that didn't work either. It is unavailable to select while batch loading, so I do not know a workaround other than manually specifying it for each of the 770 dats (400,000+ files) I need to scan with. Would this be considered a valid bug to fix?

Saving the changed thread prio as standard (default.cmp) and loading it in batchscan (Misc->'default.cmp') or when loading a new profile works fine.
Maybe a misunderstanding from your side when 'default.cmp' is actually used. It's something different than 'Default'. ;)

However, threadprio is currently a per-profile option which I most likely change to be a global one.
