Background: I'm currently changing several per-profile options to global options and wonder if someone really needs a per-profile backup folder.....

yes, I would like a global backup folder

Yup, separate backup folders help a lot when managing different systems.
I don't use the download feature, but I guess others have their own prefferences for it.

Maybe you could add a global option to switch between the two modes (global/separate folders) to satisfy everyone ? :P
