misc: some profiler redesign
- resizeable
- moved options, exebased dats creation to new toolwindows
- moved datinformation to toggleable window

misc: rebuilder cleanup, memory usage reduction, speedup, etc..

misc: several updates to chd routines:
- unneeded check handles chd diff files as unneeded
- some better chd unneeded checks
- unrecognized chds won't slowdown the unneeded check
- synced chd routines with 77u2
- showing sha1 information for missing chds

misc: profile is shown as green when only nodumps are missing
misc: don't save windowpos on CANCEL messages (ESC button)
misc: disabled xml support...will reenabled it when it's really needed

fixed: setinfo windowpos won't be saved when toggling infobutton
