Subjectunneeded files cause red icon on profiler window new Reply to this message

When the scan is successful (no missing roms), but there are unneded files (e.g. "dir.txt"), the icon for the datfile in the profiler dialog is red and not green as espected.
Should it be possible to fix it ?

Also, is it possible to make the 'scan report' window a little more readable (maybe using a larger font size, or using a bold font) ?

Thanks

Sure. Remove the unneeded files 8) The status of the profile is linked to the resultset in the scanwindow. Nothing listed but scanned -> green, something listed -> red, nothing listed since not scanned yet -> grey

After 10 years you're the first one who wants this....personally I don't see a point in changing it...it's pretty readable. No idea how it looks on your system.

I understand the purpose but i do not completely agree: having 'extra' files (outside of the scanned roms files, of course) does not means there are scan errors.
I know deleting the files should fix the problem, and where possible i already did it this way. But there are cases where i cannot safely delete those extra files (like for mame 'icons', where are several .ico files in the folder, or for additional roms used by 'unofficial' mame versions).
Also, on older versions (3.115) it was the (maybe wrong) default behavior...

Well, it should be surely my system. I tried using an older version (3.115), and the reports were a lot more readable... maybe newer versions used a font it's missing on my system?
