If you miss the real parent roms, the rebuilder won't create them of course. Split sets means that the clones only got the cloneroms in them and parentsets only got the parentroms. Clones in split sets aren't playable if kept alone. I guess you want something like not-merged sets...which is a big waste of diskspace.

You can use the standard windows key navigation. Tab, cursorkeys, space, enter, escape and the alt-shortcuts to enable/disable buttons.
