well..in your first post you list the rompaths as: .\roms\BIOS;..\roms\#-L;..\roms\M-Z;..\roms\CHD;..\roms\CD...and BIOS is the 1st one there ;)
If it doesn't use the first one in the order (see settings), it already found part of the set in the second and added it there. Possibly because of the biossets there. Files will be added to:
a) rebuilder destination when using drag&drop b) systemdefault paths (for rebuilder and fixmissing...when sysdefpath options are enabled) c) 1st rompath when the belonging set doesn't exist yet d) correct rompath when part of the set exists
