ClrMamePro's dupecheck only does a quick check if the zip exists in various romfolders. Why do you mix mame32plus and mame anyway. Stick with one or use supplement datfiles.

This message appears because currently biofreak doesn't have a valid chd listed (no checksum given) and ClrMamePro doesn't include it while parsing the data. So it'll see a useless biofreaks folder. This will be gone as soon as the chd is valid (which might happen with MAME 78).
