SubjectQuestion about the Rebuilder Reply to this message

I'm new to ClrMamePro and have some questions about the Rebuilder. I have a rather large collection of MAME ROMs (most of them) and some were merged and some were split, etc. So I put them all in one folder and ran the Rebuilder on it to clen them all up into merged sets. Well, when I ran the Scanner on the rebuilt ROMs folder, it finds ROMs with bad CRC32 checksums. Isn't this supposed to be impossible? I was under the impression that the rebuilder only rebuilds files with correct checksums. Also I had files in the source folder that were not zipped and I know they belong to valid ROMsets but the Rebuilder ignored them. Why is that? I thought it grabbed the checksum and filename of every file and matched it to one in the DATfile, correct? I'm using a DATfile generated from MAME .77. Thanks!
